Podcast with Good, Wise and Wonderful

It was such a blast recording my first interview via podcast. Really my first interview in ages! I think the last one was in a Germany radio station promoting my last record, in broken German, which was its own bit of hilarity. It was a pleasure to sit down with Jessica from Good, Wise and Wonderful and delve into the past few years of my life. We center the conversation around travel- how meeting my husband in Antarctica inspired a life change that I continue to celebrate every day. We also talk about traveling through the Middle East, today’s concept of borders, world travel with our daughter when she was an infant, motherhood in indigenous cultures, and more.

About the space: "In a world that prioritizes fear-forward stories, Good, Wise and Wonderful is designed to curate things that make you feel strongly connected to JOY, and generate empathy for yourself, for others, and for the world. It's about igniting positive curiosity.  I want to make it easy for you to seek wisdom in every day, and walk into the world feeling wonderful.”

I hope you enjoy it and can follow my rapid speed talking in some areas (and I joke that I’m happy I haven’t lost my Southern California, “Spiccoli” accent after all these years living abroad)!

Find it on iTunes and Soundcloud.
